    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    I would like to answer questions in the field of consumer law and in civil side. I cannot anwer any intricate questions on the criminal side.

    Dear friend, I am also a consumer activist and pracising in the same field. However I would like to request you provide me the citation of a case reported in 1990s. the case is - one student was traveling in A.P express from Secundrabad to Nijamudin(New Delhi) . During his journy he consumed some cups of tea from the authorised venders of penetary car attached to the said train.They have charged 1 rupee insted of 80 paisa and for that he had filed case before the Rangareddy district consumer Forum thereafter it went upt supreme court and ultimately the consumer own the case. Please try to provide some material on the point.
