I wish to know that - what is the class of an Assistant professor ( recruited in 1986) and became a professor (in 2006) of a govt . Science college ? {Actually my father used to sign as gazetted class 2 officer when he was assistant professor in college but as per the latest 7th CPC even a newly recruited Asst professor is called class 1 officer )

Hi Sir , I rented my unit in faridabad, We need this unit for our own purpose , and we already geve written notice but not use ful Now she is saying when ever she will get new Apt she will vacate , and go to police , fir what ever you want to do i stay outside of india and my father also dont stay in faridabad i dont want to use legal procedure as it is long process in india , she will take stay and hen i need to wait for court may be 10-15 years Thanks -AP

Sir property is in my mother name and home loan is in my name and my mother name. To avail tax exemption I need to take a gift deed from my mother. Is it possible to take gift deed by informing the bank and without closing the existing home loan. Please help me out.

I have query regarding approval of share transfer form. If Company having two Directors namely Mr. A and Mr. B. and Mr. A has 90% shareholding and Mr. B has 10% shareholding. Mr. A wants to transfer his shares to his wife but Mr. B is objecting the same. He is deliberately not attending Board Meeting for approval of share transfer form and signed any documents on behalf of the Company. Then, How can this transferred in being done ?. Please provide some procedure.
