NO. 1087,ATP COLONY, ANPARA SONBHADRA,[U.P] hereby inform you that I have done my Engineering from AMITY UNIVERSITY, LUCKNOW. from 2007-2011 batch.from lucknow. As I have completed my Btech on 4 MAY 2011 FROM LUCKNOW [proof: PROVISIONAL DEGREE CERTIFICATE received on 4 MAY 2011] and now i have returned to my home at ANPARA SONBHADRA and residing here Since 5MAY 2011. As per Column (9) ,(9a) and (10). of FRESH PASSPORT APPLICATION FORM , I have mentioned my current address and permanent address of ANPARA SONBHADRA . I have also obtained the BONAFIDE from my college for the address proof of LUCKNOW but as per requirement of COLUMN(9) and COLUMN(9a), the college has mentioned the duration of my resident at lucknow as per MAY 2010 - MAY2011. As per my enquiry ,What exact date i should write in [residing since.....] of passport application form for my current address, and what duration of residence i should give in COLUMN (9a) of my lucknow address of last one year. I AM IN A STATE OF CONFUSION AND REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY GUIDE ME IN THIS REGARD SO THAT I COULD CORRECTLY FILL MY FORM AND APPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE . sir where i m doing my bussiness(tailoring work-have commercial electricity meter) is area is develop by one builder.....when MHADA person came on survey i was not at place and they had noted my room as non resident(commercial)...but in actually earlier it was used for resident purpose only....past two year i m doing tailoring work there so converted electricity meter into commercial...bt in municipal records its residential place...so builder saying ki u will get shop...i said i want flat same as other are getting at residential place...so please tell me sir what can i do?

Sir I seek your legal advice on a issue due to which there has been loss of respect,loss of health and financial loss too. Actually the thing is that in april 2010 i came across a girl.The girl first did friendship with me then made a relation promising me that she will marry me.Our relation has been working for last one year.In the mean time she and her family took a lomesome money from us. Now when the question of marriage arrived,she denies that she doesn't want to marry me.I also came to about her extra affairs with other boys.And then i came to know that her complete family is involved in this kind of task. I REQUEST THE LEGAL ADVISOR'S TO PLEASE GUIDE ME THAT HOW CAN I FILE A LEGAL COMPLAINT. THANK YOU
