    Dear Sir, My father died. I have a brother & myself. My brother had submitted false documents (like legal hire certificate ) in the bank & got the disputed amount from the bank. Could u please advice me how will i get my share from it?? What r the section liable for getting it & what r the section shld be charged against him?? Awaiting for your reply.     hi vishal i am deepak. vishal we are a credit card holder of a MNC bnk. my father recently fell ill due to which we lost our steady income. we informed the bank the same . they agreed for a settlement of 40000 of which we paid 10000. them moment we paid tat money they declared that they never agreed for such a settlement. this was happening for the past 6 months and now they are sending a lawyer notice. this is real bad as we are still in need of more for his treatment . wat do we do ?
