    i have query about m.a.c.t claim.my father was accidented ago 8-9 years.his left leg was not work.so,he cant able to goes office so they are suspended from job.he was a bank manager of co.pvt.ltd.bank.today he was dead .so, how much i claim? his monthly income was 30000.tell me how does i claim.

    Hi , My query is regarding Personal loan and cc. I have some loans pending in banks like icici and hdfc . i have not paid the loan and has no monies also to pay it . its pending since two years . I have loans on my wife's name and now her passport is expired . will there be any action on her passport reissuance . I don know whether we have any summons pending in any court or not . we are from bangalore and loans are from delhi and bangalore both. please let me know /

    sir my i have a query. can pvt ltd company take work of legal and accounts of other companies and for that work appoint consultant like a lawyer, CA, CS, for court cases as well as internal audit, accounts audit of the other companies. under which act, pvt ltd company can do and if not under which act?

    Am Nissar working in ing vysys bank bangalore.I had given for name change in govt press and to enter gazzate befor 4 month. I vas not geting any publication on that . Finaly i checked there they are telling they already published in internet and they will send certificate by post after some days. Now am not able to find out in the net the same pulcation.please help me
