    Dear Sir, I've been away from my wife for 3 months with no communication at all. Before this i took her to her parents explaining them that we both cannot live with eachother due to compatibility issues. However my in laws said, they are willing but I should file the case..Does that mean that they are waiting for me to file and claim a compensation? It has been only 1 year of wedding and my wife is working and earns 20K a month. What should i do to avoid a compensation?

    Thanks for ur reply but i m finding some difficulties that whether director of Pvt. Ltd.Co. can take comission based on sales besides he is drawing Remuneration of Rs. 10Lacs p.a..Sir do inform related provision of the Act.
