    Hi Mr. Vishal, The Change Report dt. 08/04/2008 is being contested by the Objectors, who are the legally Recognized Trustees. The Reporting Trustee and his Associates are put to strict proof to their bogus, false, pre fabricated documnts on which the legally recognized Trustees whose names are recorded in the Schedule I Register maintained by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, under the Bombay Public Trust Act, appended their signatures. My main question is during the period who has got authority to look after the helm and affairs of the Society/Trust?. The Schedule - I Trustees are ousted forcibly by the Reporting Trustee/s what is the legal remedy left with?. Who will be care taker body. The judgement of Shri. A.M. halvilkar of the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay appears squarely not applicable to the present case. Because the socalled election and subsequent events allegd by the Reporting Trustees are being challanged. Underthis circumstances who will be legal care taker of the Society and its educational institutions. Whether any G.R. or judgements can be obtained from you.
