Dear Sir, My ex wife filed false 498a on me & my family members. Also, published in newspapers the crime report saying that her father gave me half a crore worth property & I sold it. The main case 498a pending along with DV. My question is can I send legal notice to her & her father while main case 498a is running? Can I complain to Income Tax department to know from where he got so much money to give me? Did he pay Income Tax for that year? My lawyer is saying that I should wait till I win the case. Is he guiding me right? Please advice. Thanks & regards

Dear Sir The Facts are as follows: Company A (Indian Company) is subsidiary of B Company (Foreign Company). A co. has many Companies as group Companies. B Co has appointed a delegate in India to supervise A Company and A Company's group Companies ( Entire Indian operations). That delegate is appointed as the Chairman for A Company and its group Companies. All the Companies are Public companies. Query: 1) A Company wants to lend money to its group companies. Will the Section 295(1)(e) of Companies Act 1956 be applicable in this situation?? please help me with case laws. Thank You. Regards

i just wanted to know in the Domestic Violence Act 2005 can a female who is not related to the applicant nor any of the other respondents by relation nor shaing the household can be made party in Domestic Violence proccedings as a one of the respondent.

sir, my dad hired a lawyer to solve a case but that lawyer in the lieu of solving the case threatened my dad about bad consequences the case and took 4 blank cheques from him. one of the cheque bounced. now that lawyer has filed a civil suit against my dad for recovery of money claiming that my dad took friendly loan from his client and not returned it. truly speaking we never took any money from him rather we were laid into a trap. is dere any help for us. wat can we plead in court.
