    Hi, We brought a site which is approved by MUDA (Mysore Urban Development Authority) but the original owner of the plot (from which MUDA brought) filed a LRRP case against MUDA saying his grand father sold the land without knowledge of them (grandchildren). The case was in high court,High court quashed the case,now what actions he (petitioner) may take. What if MUDA loses this case ?,what will happen to our site (Alloted by MUDA) ?. Thanks

    # Respected sir, kindly help i had a counter claim pending..but subsequently the suit was withdrawn without my knowledge and the file was sent to record room along with the no comments on counter claim .i want to revive it kindly tell the duration of revival of claim any limitation please help..it was the judge mistake...
