Dear Sir Am a student from chandigarh . Am in BCOM FINAL YEAR & i want to do LLB 3 years course . but i have no one to discuss it i have got your email id from the site LAWYERSCLUBINDIA .Sir i want to ask that can i do a correspondence LLB course which is recognised by BAR COUNCIL OF INDIA as i have got the placement in a MNC so i want to do job also side by side . As am a student of bcom i have already read the following subjects COMMERCIAL & LABOUR LAWS COMPANY LAW INDIRECT TAX LAWS DIRECT TAX LAWS SO I FEEL THAT IT WILL BE EASIER FOR ME TO BECOME A (LEGAL ADVISER) IN A COMPANY AFTER COMPLETING THE QUALIFICATION OF BCOM(HONOURS ) AND LLB. SIR, IS THERE ANY PROVISION/JUDGMENT FOR REOPEN THE RIGHTS TO FILE W/S AT THE STAGE OF EVIDENCE OF DEFENDANT PERTICULARLY WHEN THE RIGHT IS CLOSED EARLIER AT THE STAGE OF W/S AND THE COURT IS NOT MADE EXPARTY ORDER

Hi, Mr X has 250 sq yds Plots in Delhi Rajapuri for which he has sale deed of 2005. He sold 118 Sq yds out of 250 Sq yds to some one in 2007. Then he (X) gave notary power of of attorney of rest of the plots 135 Sq yds and all original papers to Y in 2008. Then in May 2009 He sold me (Z) a plot of 50 Sq yds which was part of 135 Sq yds by a Sale Deed. Then Y ( owner of power of attorney) sold 135 Sq yds to P by sale deed in September 2009. Now there is conflict between me (Z) and P about the title of property as my 50 Syds plot is in 135 Sq. Yds. Mr X has ran away
