    A high court directed the lower learned court to complete the hearing of the particulat title suit with in a period of one year. plaintiff file depossition of the plaintiff's witnesses but defendents avoid to cross-examined these witnesses and this avoidence by defendents court site this cause in the order sheet. after expiry of seven month when plaintiff close his evidence then defendents soughted for recall the plaintiff's witnesses . my question is that can a subjudge may recall the witnesses ?
