    In a Pvt Ltd. company majority share holders removed Managaing Director in EOGM. But MD got an injunction from district court "not to give effect to the resolution" as he is having agreement with Directtors under Arbitration Act for 5 years terms. Can Arbitration Act overcome Section 284 of Companies Act 1956. Please advice me with with supporting clause or cases.

    Sir, Request you to kindly answer below query. I run a partnership firm with 2 others and am stuck in a sticky situation where one of my partners has been involved in frauds and what to ask him to leave .However do not want this to cause any obstruction in the working of the company. He has not signed the partnership deed with us. However his name is mentioned as a partner in the IT files. Can he claim anything from the company or obstruct its working.
