    Sir , This is first time I m using this For any query in my mind. I want to ask regarding the approval of commissioner of Income Tax for the Registratipon of an educational society. is there any provision ie to get mendatory approval from commissioner if the turnover is above 1 cr.plz guide me.Should I get it registered u/s 12 or 11 Thanks & regards Advocate Rohit Seth
