    Good Morning Sir, I have a plot on the Jaipur-Ajmer expressway in a city proposed by Ranka Colonizer's Pvt. Ltd.- "SACHIVALYA ENCLAVE", it is next to OMAXE CITY & VATIKA CITY on the Ajmer Road. Recently received a letter from the developer for the final payment and taking the possesion. I was told that this land was first approved by the collector of that area and now JDA also covers it. I wanted to confirm wether this land is approved by JDA or not.For the confirmation, strong documentation and being legally sound and to be on the safer side, which documents availability by the developer to me will make my investment safe.Which all documents should i ask for ? ? like registery, any document as a proof of being JDA approved ? ? ?
