Sir, Can I be guided for a petition to be filed in CLB for not honoring a commitment approved by BOD in a meeting by erstwhile GLOBAL TRUST BANK (during its legal existence) later merged with Oriental Bank of Commerce. The proposal was approved by the GTB board and recorded in its minutes book The same was communicated to my clients. OBC now is reluctant to honor the approval which was approved by GTB during its lawful and legal existence. I want a direction from CLB directing OBC to honor the BOD approval which was done during legal existence of GTB. L R Sharma

Can I use a Non Judicial Stamp Paper in Maharashtra, bought from Uttar Pradesh ? Q. 03. The above questions are just to make it easy for me to prepare the Retirement Deed of Partnership in Uttar Pradesh because remaining two Partners of Firm are residing in UP.

SIR , AS are earlier conversation on lawyers club india. 2nd and 3rd oct. YOUR RESPONSE TOWARDS MY QUERIES AND MY CASE ARE VERY E NCOURAGING . I WILL BE REALLY GRATEFUL IF U COULD KINDLY READ MY ORAL MUTAL AGREEMENT PAPERS. and give us advice on few points. WE 3 HAVE SIGNED ie is me (sudir jain) ,my wife (sumangla jain) and my elder daughter ,however my yonger daugther was born till this parition was done but was is still a minor. (1) WILL THESE CREATE PROBLEM IN MY CASE .IF YES,TO WHAT EXTENT WILL THEY MAKE THE CASE WEAK. (2) CAN I FILE A CASE MY SHARE IN HUF PARITION EVEN AFTER SIGNING THESE PAPERS. (3) SHOULD AFTER READING AGREEMENT. YOU WILL SUGGEST ,I SHOULD FILE A CASE FOR MY SHARE.
