THE MATTER IS THAT MY BROTHER IS TAKING CARE OF SOMEONE'S PROPERTY WHICH IS SITUATED IN "BHIWANI" AND THE OWNER IS LIVING IN DELHI. NOW THERE IS ONE "MANDIR" AND "KOTHI" AND SOME ROOMS ARE MADE FOR RENT. WHAT MY BROTHER DO IS THAT HE TAKE CARE OF THAT "KOTHI" AND LIVE IN THAT AND OPEN THE MANDIR MORNING AND IN THE EVENING AND COLLECT THE RENT AND GIVE IT OT THE OWNER. NOW ONE OF THESE ROOM IS TAKEN BY A BOXER WHO IS HAVING ILLEGAL POSSESSION ON ANOTHER PROPERTY OF THE SAME OWNER NEAR BY THE "MANDIR" AND "KOTHI". HE SAYS, HE GIVES COACHING TO THE BOXERS ALSO.ALL OF A SUDDEN NEAR ABOUT 15 UNKNOWN PERSON CAME ON 14TH OR 15TH OF AUGUST 2009 SAYING THAT THEY ARE IN INDIAN ARMY AND STARTED TO STAY THERE. MY BROTHER ASKED ONE OF THEM TO SHOW I-CARD OF ARMY AND INFORM TO THE OWNER ABOUT THIS. ON THAT HE(OWNER) CONTACTED TO THE BOXER AND ON THIS BOXER STARTED THREATENING TO MY BROTHER AND ABSUED ALSO AND SAID THAT WHATEVER HE DO THER IF MY BROTHER INFORM TO THE OWNER THEN HE WILL BEAT MY BROTHER. EVEN HE SAID THAT IT'S HIS WISH WHATEVER HE DO THERE LEGAL OR ILLEGAL MY BROTHER WILL NOT INFORM ANYBODY ABOUT IT AND IF MY BROTHER DO SO THEN HE WILL BEAT HIM KILL HIM. THEN ON THAT MY FATHER AND MY BROTHER WENT TO HIM THAT HE SHOULD NOT ABOUSE LIKE THIS EVEN THEN HE STARTED ABSUING BOTH, WHICH IS VERY SAD THEN I WENT TO HIM BUT THE REPLY WAS SAME AND THREATENING TO LEAVE FROM THERE. NO MANNER OF TALKING AND RUDE BEHAVE. THAT IS THE MATTER NOW WHAT YOU SUGGEST?

Respected Sir, I am a student studying in 12th std. I wish to apply for CLAT 2010. Can you tell me when can i enrol for it? Can i buy the study material for CLAT now? Where can i buy it from? Also, I am giving CPT next year. I am very good in academics. I have a query : I am sure I'll score well in both exams. So if i get selected for admission at the NLSIU, should i take admission in it or should i continue to do CA. Which career is more financially awarding?? Please reply to me at the earliest. We had purchased a property in mysore in 1994, but Assistant commishner initiated 79a b on seller whom we purchased land and forefited the property,we went to appllet where the appleat set aside order in 2004 stating the seller to us has not violated 79ab and said if required procceed against the purchasers in 2004, ac enquired us said no need to procced against us, but now the seller from whom we purchased land is black mailing and gave application to AC to forefit the land, Now AC has passed order to forefit our land under su moto powers, Please any suggestions what to do
