My parents had taken a affidavit and living separately since 1994 they are separated in the presence of caste elders as customary divorce. After that my mother took a decree of divorce based on the conditions of that affidavit. Hence i am asking you that they are living separately since 1994 as per the agreement. So i am asking that the customary divorce in the presence of caste elders is valid or not

Hi Sir, We have a property in Chennai which was owned by my mother. Our family consists of My mother who has 4 Elder Sister and one 1 Brother and myself is last one, My Father passed away. My Brother has prepared a fake documents such as gift settlement made by my mother to him and based on it he bought a loan from a bank and currently it is undergone Auction around 2 years ago and now the bank and people who bought it through DRT are worrying us. Now we have filed a petition as Civil suite in the Chennai Court and pasted around 2 months ago and we currently had a case on 2nd June, 2009. But recently on 28th May, 2009 my mother has passed away. And my Advocate has submitted it in court and the court ordered to submit a Death Certificate and its Legal Hier. We have submitted it on the court. Now we need to know whether in the coming hearing whether, we will get the Injection to hold the Registration made by the buyer based on its fake documents. Will we able to sort this out in sort period because our lawyer is not responding confidently. Please reply, We are from normal family only.

ir, Thank you for your highly suggestion and and giving me confidence, i would like to know there is any other special court for co-operative banks as those people said it, or it is the same city courts of the state i.e like civil, criminal courts as it, sir please suggest me to handle by myself this situation because i cannot afford right know to the advocate fees will u please give me some important details and suggestion. now i can lodge the complaint and file the fir on our local area police station. sir approaching the news channel i feel very uncomfortable and it is a matter of our family prestige. request you to help me out in this regard in a easy way thanking you ismail bangalore, karnataka, india
