    Hello sir, I am Ravi from hyderabad. I need a small infhelp from you sir. I got a passport at the age of 7 with DOB 28-03-1990..But from my SSc all of my documents including date of birth cerificate has of DOB as 08-08-1990. My old passport expired in 2007. I applied for reissue of passport recently but the passport officer told me to get a court order due to change of DOB in my old passport and all rest of documents.Please help me how to proceed?

    I have read a report on corporate donations and have found that there are a few "Electoral Trust" who contributes to Political Parties. It has been given in Section 13B of the Income Tax Act, 1961 that the government will provide rules for "Electoral Trust", but the same have not been established yet. I wanted to know: 1. How electoral trust are being formed? 2. Is it a simple private trust or approval from any authority is required? Kindly guide me for the same
