Dear Sir I'm a victim of false 498a. we've filed for quash of charge sheet u/s 482 in HC. During the process, HC has asked for orders u/s 405 from the lower sessions court. Sir, my question is : why 405 orders is required in 482? kindly advise.

Wants Judgement of deduction form salary in 125 m I want to got a Judgement - and want to know the procedure for the deduction from salary in 125 maintenance act, because In Rajkot Family Court can not given this type of judgement. he always refuses to give this type of order and also and not issue a warrant against my husband. How ever there is a recovery of 2,65,000 rs., but judge cant pressure on my husband. My husband is working with Essar Oil, as a sr. Manager. Please help me.
