    Dear Anil Gopala Rao Case withdrawn ! After filing a suit the plaintiff who filed the case may withdraw the case as not pressed - or- at some time he wants to file another /more comprehenssive suit - and with the permission of the Court may withdraw the suit to file another case - facts of each case to be considered !
