    Dear Sir, I am a Law student. My querry is if a workman files a suit against his employer claiming huge amount of compensation due to the litigation faced by him during the course of his employment and on account of the loss of his time. I want to know what is the limitation for filing such a suit and the relevant section of limitation act. Regards.

    hi, This is anand, my sister got spoiled 5 years back her professor done. Afterwards she got married with him, after marriage she got so many torture from him. my sister given complaint against with him meanwhile her father in law tried to kill her(attempt murder) booked cases. totally my sister booked maintenance, dowary case my mother booked attempt murder cases opponent parties very whell background Advocates family. 2 months back we got permission from High court to take against with opponent parties we applied in our local judicial court on the same day i asked judge how many days remaining we have to wait as well as asked opponent lawyer don't spoil my sister life. immediately they put me into jail bacause of loacal bar council pressure and fault complaints against with me interrupt open court activities it seems. how i have to get remedy from this and my sister cases also but my worry cases only increasing not giving remedy to my sister courts. shall i put together to High court or supreme court for this issue. Now we are into position to withdraw our cases due to our judicial and corruption people please suggest me well

    The Daughters can file suit for partition of the /self acquired/ proerty of late father - Authorisation in favour of mother can be revoked by daughters and they can claim for Partition!

    Plz suggest me, Father died without any will having self earned fixed assets, all son and daughter gave consent and give NOC for succession certificate ( Legal hire) in favour of mother. Son creating pressure to sale the property and selling one by one, all daughter are married they want their portion,, how to delt with this issue. Suggest.......
