    Dear Rajesh Badami it is the matter of Company Secretary ! You can approach a Comapany Secrretary on this issue Howe ever there is a practice in the bnaks that loan can be advacned agaisnt the Shares and with Authrority to get it transfered to the Crditor Baksn on default of payment of laon amount for recoover of due - the procedure to be verified - but how far it is true /correct in your case has to be verified ! with regards !
