Respected Sir 1) That My father Govinda Setty bought 5000 shares of Rs10/-each in the year 1994 in private company. 2) That My father died on 29-04-2002 3) That the above mentioned shares were in the name of my father till 04-02-2007 4) That the above mentioned shares were transferred from my father name GOVINDA SETTY to BNK SHANBHAG (Director) on 05-02-2007 5) That i am legal heir of Govinda Setty till today i have not received any notice of the meeting, Director report and balance sheet of the company So, it is very clear that it is not possible to selling the share by my father in the year 2007 why because he died in the year 2002. please guide me what action i can take against company/directors and its management regarding above issue. according to companies law as well as IPC, Crpc please mention section as well thanking you sir regards rajesh badami 9844509445 email: arn44480@gmail.com

Sir, I would like to take legal opinion about dispute between my wife and mee. She is not satying with mee from last 10 months. So many times , I approached her to come back but she denied my request. She and her mother also not allowing mee to meet with my newly born baby. I met with him only once when he was born. She also took all the jewelry which we gave her at the time of marriage.I also gave her Rs 50000 fot her treatment. She and her parents forced mee to convert my property into her name. They told mee, if I denied her demand, they will file a False case of Sec498A against mee and my family. 1.I just want to know, Is there any legal section through which , I can approach her to come back with my child or can i take a divorce from her 2.How can I protect my family From False case of Sec498a 3. Our Place of Marriage is Delhi and I am also residing at Delhi. Can she file a case of Sec498A from anywhere.She is currently putting up in Mathura (U.P) 4.If she file a case from UP can , I get a Bail. As per sec 498A, Anticipatry Bail is not available in U.P Please Help and suggest mee
