  • Tushar says : transfer of property in blood relation
Hello Sir, I received your contact details from Mr. Kumar Doab. I had a query regarding transfer of property within blood relation (gift deed). I read through circular RGN-2016/51/CR-11/M-1, which says fees for transfer within blood relation is Rs. 200. Can you please guide if it is still valid and we do not pay any stamp duty. Just a registration fee of rs. 200 would be needed for transfer of property. Thank You.
