  • gauravp says : false 307, 377 against my parents by wife
Sir, my wife has been living away from my parents for last 3 years. Now when i filed divorce petition in court, she has retaliated by filing complaint in mahila court in her hometown against my parents. Marriage is 4.5 yrs old. There is no child. She left me 2 yrs ago. I live in another town (parents live in my hometown). Now head constable of mahila thana has been calling my parents. No FIR yet, but the mahila thana is threatening of FIR and arrest now. I assure you that allegations are completely false, since the wife has not lived me or my parents for last 2 years. She has submitted medical certificate of just few days old. Kindly guide what precise steps should we take so that the false allegations could be squashed by the police authorities?

  • vishal says : family pension for married daughter
Hi All, Grant of family pension to married daughters is possible if her Husband is physically disabled with 75% Disability, and she has no earning source of money . A daughter is seeking her father pension which was exservice man and her mother and father had been died. So is this possible to get family pension on this case ? Mother died 10 years back ,father died 2 years back and her husband met with accident 6 years back and physcially disabled now by Medical board . I am aware with the rule that widow and divorced daughter can claim for family pensions, but if her husband is 75% disabled then he is fully on bed and no earning source , so why she cant get family pension ? So Is there any case /or court decisions on this type of case where a daughter claimed family pension if her husband in physically disabled and family pension (her father ex army person ,both father and mother died )
