    My father buyed a property under the name of my elder brother.He buys the plot in 1973 in which he buyed half plot under the name of my mother and half under the name of my elder brother.My elder brother was 24 years old at that time and was working with my father,he did'nt had any source of income.He lives with my father only.So,can i make a claim to that property which was buyed by my father under the name of my brother?

Tenant die in November 2014 Execution File but due to objection by Tenant legal heir Execution complete in 2021 and Shop use by Tenant brother during 2014 to 2021 i.e. 7 Year. Rent not receive of 7 years We want rent as per Market Value Rs. 3000 P.M. which is also mention in rent agreement. but in the Court Degree mention Rs. 360 P.M. pls send case law for this Thanks 'Rajeev
