    Dear Sir, In one of the appeal made by a petitioner in a property related case, HC has maintained Status Quo since July 2000. And after that no further developments in the case till date. Under this circumstances whether it can be treated vacated according to the SC judgement dated 28.03.1018 as its more than 6 months old ?

    Sir,I am working in ministry of health and family welfare as a permanent staff.my husband is working as a staff nurse in private hospital.can I add my husband name as dependent in CGHS and ltc.?my departmental authorities don't allowed me to add his name.he don't get any ltc and CGHS facilities in his hospital
