Greetings!!!! Query:- (Mr A) holds a property jointly purchased along his two brothers(Mr B and Mr C) in 1975. In year 1994 mr B expired who was just a sleeping owner with no possession and to title in the premises except his name in the sale deed. Since In 1994 Mr.B expired and since mr. A was in the possession of the constructed factory in the premises,mr C also gave the power of attorney to mr A as he was also not involved in any affairs related to the titled land. however in year 2007 widow of mr B filed a suit against Mr A claiming the share in the land as legal heirs of the deceased (Mr B). Please confirm is his suit admissible?as the land was jointly held (jointly tenancy) How strong is the case of Mr A. regards

Hi Sir / Mam, Sorry if i wrote in wrong forum as this is my 1st post here. Can you please help us out on the below issue: My dad is going to retire after 9 days.He is incharge of SAIL rmd hospital. My dad was witness for a case against a junior docter in the same hospital who stole 2 ACs from the hospital and now the criminal docter is out on anticipatory bail and wants my dad to take case back . He has asked a dalit retired sweeper of the same hospital to lodge a false case against my dad that my dad has told bad words to the dalit when the dalit came to our house to ask for 50000 rs..which the dalit had given to my dad fr his son's job. But actually neither the dalit had given any money nor my dad has taken any bribe. Please let us know what needs to be done.. how to get anticipatory bail or why police is not verifying the fact that it if the dalit is saying truth or not. We are not that rich to to give them 50000 rupees. Please let me know what needs to be done. Regrds, Sripurna Dutta

I had approached a web developer on 21st Feb 2016 for getting a website developed. I paid him 5000rs advance on 21st feb itself. He told me that he will hand over me the project within 15-20 days ( only verbally i dont' have any documents to support this except my friends who were present there while we were discussing) . Even after 45 days when he didn't complete my website I gave him further 7 days time line and told him that if he doesn't complete the task within these 7 days I will take my project back from him. When he didn't complete I asked him to return the advance money that I had paid but instead of returning the money he is accusing of false baseless alegations that I have stolen his code and that he will complain to cyber cell and will take hisrest of the money. His allegations are totally false and baseless. Due to his not completing my task I have lost my precious 45 days ,beside this I had planned to market my website and had given order for flacks, pamphlets ,cards. etc. I am incurring heavy lossess . The receipt of advance payment doesn't bear any registration no or TIN no. Pleas help me how can I get my money back and compensate my loss.
