Sir.my brother in law married to a girl 3 years back . After that relation between them didnot turned well and they keep quarelling over pity issues. since last year he started taking drugs ,for which he was admitted twice in delhi hospital for de addiction .after discharge he again strated taking drugs.and started stealing and selling house hold items .his wife went to his fathers place and since six months she is there. she has started asking to register house and land on her name than only she will return .Disgusted by son and daughter in law attitude father in law had made him out of legal heir of property and published it in news paper too.recently that girl has filled police complain of dowry harassament against all known persons whether she had met or not.I am serving in army and my wife too serving in govt hospital very far from that place ,one of my sister in law is also studying not at that place.both father and mother in law has no source of earning only the rent they get from house,what should be done please guide thanks

Please advise If I can file a complaint or an whether an NC will help ? FIR is already there but still my husband abuses me. HE has bribed our honest police officers.

me and my wife retired from one partnership firm(patna , bihar ) in exchange of 21 PDC cheques of amount 62 lakh . the retirment deed is simple deed in which they agreed to pay our invested amount and after that we have no control over this deed or any liabilities on firm .but two other continouing partners are not cleaing my cheques and not coming to 138 criminal case in pune court . the partnership business is runing very good . now my question is on civil case which i want to put in patna court on that partnership firm for recovery of money but civil cases will run for many years. so can i get court order to close that partnership firm shop on which they are earning losts of money by saying that this firm cheated us and this partnership firm from which we retired and not recived single rupees ??? if i can close that shop i hope that they will pay my money so is it possible to first stop that shop from running and recover my money in court process ????
