My brother in law and my sister died in 2006 and 2007 respectively.since my sister was terminally ill for a while she did not leave any will.she has a son who is now 13 years old and still a minor.A no. of my sister's and brother in laws bank accounts and fds have been frozen.My father as well as my brother in law's father are alive.But my brother in law's father is mentally and physically incapacitated.He is currently living with his son in law and my deceased brother in law's sister.Their family and my brother in law did not share a good relationship.My nephew is currently living with my other sister at kolkata.My departed brother in law and my sister lived at Bhubaneswar.Can my father who lives at Rajgangpur apply to be a legal guardian of my nephew?And what would be the legal status if this is opposed by my deceased brother in law's sister and her husband?

I delivered rupees 80000 to agent dealing qua the purpose of sending indian national to foreign destination for various purposes e.g. education ,jobs etc. and also assistance was assurred for any need ful act through proper chanel for sending individuals to foraign distinations also reciept bearing two different sr no. w.r.t. was also duly dilivered to me till date nothing need full has been done. payments were made on 24-11-2008,02-12-2008 after that police complained was made and as for today the agent has left his registered office and his where abouts are not known but only his peermanent residence proff is avilable kindly supply need full leagle advice

Dear Sir My client registered in Tamilnadu Employment Exchange on 1996 then he renewed his name based on the Terms. The Tamilnadu Electricity Board asked to give candidates lists to Employment Exchange for those who are finished Diploma Holders & finished one year apprenticeship training with TNEB. The Tamilnadu Employment Exchange sponsored the names of qualified candidates including my client name. The selection committee called for an interview to sponsored names by Tamilnadu Employment Exchange. The selected candidates list published in the net, but my client name not in the list. Shall we file a writ petition seeking revise the order of selection and include the name of my client & give the appointment to my client 1. Basically my client is SC category; Selection is on the basis direct recruitment 2. the selected candidates are beyond my date of birth, I have seniority in the Employment Exchange 3. My client finished Diploma in the year of 1996, but now selected candidates are finished diploma in the year of 2000, 2001 ,2002 2003 2004, & 2005 4. Selection lists consists of Backlog vacancies list & Roaster vacancies list 5. Give Advice to this issue 6. Please give the related case laws for this issue
