sir on the date of reconcilliation, the behaviour of the judge was very ruthless and in turn he states that now the case will be heard on merit and fixed the date 06.04.2009. i think he will not grant me AB. but my lawyers says that we have 90% chances to get AB. sir in case high court don't allow the AB can i further contact Supreme Court or i will prefer surrender before trial court. sir will trial court give me bail the very same day.

I did my schooling in my native.All my properties were in my native(my own house,land).Even my name is in Family ration card?I lived in my native for 17 years. After +2,for college studies,I changed my location to other district.Now I am still in this current district.I am staying in my uncle house.My name is in their family card. I applied for voter id with the address of my uncle house. Now,I want to apply for passport.Which address should I give?Which one should I use for police verification.Because I wont go to my native often?I need suggestions? please reply to my mail.maha.eureka@yahoo.in

sir if i had given 2 informatory petition under section 39 before filling a divorce suit at family court. after receiving the notice my spouse had not attended the court and filed a 498(A) case against me and my family members. all the members of my family had got AB. now i have applied for the same and the session court had rejected my prayer. can high court will grant me AB. she is getting maintainance from me. in divorce case the matter is on witnesses. sir please guide me and give some ruling or decisions of apex court as my case is about to hear very shortly.
