sir, we r five brothers and three sisters. we have a common business(bricks), apart from the landused for business, we have a good amount of land that remains vacant. my brothers(all) use to rent those land for temporary shops, the problem is that they use to rent it without even consulting me, further they negotiate the price themselves and keep all the money themselves. never give a penny to me, when i opposed they are bullying me that they have big connections and they will impose false cases against me (like i am giving mental tensions to my mother, i am harrassing them , sisters are also supporting them to impose false cases etc.). further they have now started a factory in the other remaining part of the land. what can i do, how can i get injunction on the land or the ways in which i can get the share of rent. plz suggest some legal actions.

hello, i have query behalf of my father accident.in 2003 my father was accidented with one tractor.in acc. my father's leg was injured and he are not able to walk without steek or walker.than my father not going on work propoerly my father suspended by diractors.and thare after sustain them.so, there after that gives him high pressure and 2007 he was dead by heart attack. at this date 31-5-2010 we don't getting properly insurance money how much claim we able to getting? in ahmedbad operationed to him and 1-2 year later septic in leg many rupees goes but not feeling good. and than he dead for heart attack.so what we are do.when we get caimp money tell us my father's monthly income was 30000 and main person of our family.and today case not coming on board, and insurance company plan to settelment and not give us claim full money.

i got divorce from my first wife in 1991.district court cancelled this decree.i filed appeal in high court.i got married second time in 2002.second wife also gave me divorce in mar 2009 and filed a case of plural marriage.high court gave its decision of my appeal in my favour and maintained order of lower court with effect from 1991.can someone tell me ,whether its a matter of plural marriage .

Sir, my wife has gone 6 month back to her parents home and now she has send 125 notice saying that she has thrown away from her matrimonial home and no food or money is given to her during her staying with me and on mentally tourture also. she is qualified and working before and after marriage but now she has left the job. a child is also born and on the next day when child born she has gone out. she is under misguiance of her parents. now what should i do. should i reply or apply for counselling and say to court that i m astill ready to live with her.
