    Hello Sir/Madam, I got married 3 and half years back. I have queries regarding property. I am staying with my husband and mother in law. My husbands sister stays with us for ateast 4 months in a year with us. My husband has not disclosed any information regarding the house we are living in nor his financial status since marriage inspite of asking about it repeatedly. I have few doubts regarding the property. It is probably in my mother-in-laws name. It seems she purchased it from her mother. We stay in the ground floor. There are 2 one-bedroom houses in the first floor and 2 in the second floor which have been given for rent. Rent receipts are given to all. My husband also submits a rent receipt(meaning he is staying for rent with his mother). He has been made to believe by my mother-in-law that he will be getting the property but I do not believe that. I thinks she will give the whole property to her daughter. The thing he he seems to have no legal hold on it. He had been made to take a huge amount as loan (~ 40 lakhs) ... Loan was taken in his fathers name.... property is in his mothers name..... They are making him pay the monthly installment....but telling us that they are using the house rent to clear the loan.... Please suggest some way to resolve this..... I do not want to go to court.... There are chances that he is caught in trouble.... If it is so, if I go to court it will strain our relationship.....     My date of birth in birth certificate and in all education certificate differs by just 5 days. The mistake was done by my parents while admitting me to the school even after they asked to correct it school authority misguided them like it doesn’t affect much as there is just 5 days difference there will not be any problem. But When I applied for passport they are asking me both birth certificate and 10th marks card. Because I born after 1989 So birth certificate is mandatory for issuing passport. But they do not match differ by 5 days as I said. Is it possible to correct the date in birth certificate (though birth certificate date is correct) instead of all my education certificates which is very long process what I heard from many people and read in forums. Please Suggest me the best possible way to correct this issue. According to the law can I file a suit and ask for the change of date in birth certificate itself rather than in all of my certificates, college records etc. Is there any better way please suggest me Your reply is very much appreciated. looking for the right way to come out of this issue. Please Help me sir

    Action on Secretary of Apartment Owners Welfare Association. I am a member in our new apartment welfare association since 6 months in Chennai (TN). The Secretary is very very irresponsible and serves different menu for different people. The Secretary is very very short tempered and uses abusive language in you ask him any questions or does not listen to him. In short he is a HITLER type. Everyone is scared of the Secretary of the association because he is having close contacts with the builder of the apartment and is infact working for builder also besides his wife is owning the flat in the apartments. Recently I had serious verbal arguments with the Secretary because I got vexed up with this irresponsible behaviour. Since then he stopped talking to me. He (Secretary) avoids me. He also warned me that he will Cut Water Supply to my Flat and will not accept any Monthly Maintenance charges from me. I understand his mind and he is waiting for me for a default in Monthly Maintenance charges. He has told all people working / security / cleaning & maintenance staff in the apartment to neglect me. He started harassing me by not accepting Monthly Maintenance Charges from me. I am really worried with his behaviour. I informed to President of our association but he is help less because the Secretary is having close contacts with Builder as builder is owing 40 flats in the apartment. Please advise me what sort of action I can take on this Secretary of Apartment Flat Owners Welfare Association because he is not collecting Monthly Maintenance from me and threatening to disconnect water supply. Everyone supports Secretary because of his nature and close relationship with the builder. Please advice what action I can take on this Secretary of Apartment Owners Association.     Dear experts, I need your suggestions on the following. Case background: Employer sent a notice thru lawyer firm-- a liquidate damage claim-- on contract breach— While offering employment from campus selection, employer took an agreement /contract on 100 Rs stamp paper—(which is having technical errors like stamp paper was brought on 10thAND notary authority signed on 15th(IT LOOKS IT WAS BLANK ONE –agreement was typed AND signed on 20th of same month ) and I am claiming Content of the agreement null and void on the following reasons— 01. It was clearly one sided 02. it was having above said technical errors -- stamp paper buying date on 10th of October and notary authorized signatures date 15th (it might be blank typed with standard format but the ) --agreement notary signed authority was from remote town of Andhra Pradesh and signed in AP—But typed content of agreement says—MADE AT MUMBAI –ON 20TH (BUT AUTHORISED SIGNATURE SHOWS 15TH ) 03. Mentioned training duration 12 months-in fact training was happened for one month training only they gave certificate of training completion from Coimbatore , tamilnadu and posted the job in Hyderabad where one year job service was given by employee. 04. In the event of dispute or disagreement over the interpretation or any claim liability of any part including the surety the same shall referred to a nominated person BY EMPLYER AND HIS DECISION IS FINAL AND BINDING UP ON PARTIES AND EMPLOYER ALSO TAKE ALL THE OPPERTUNITIES BY CLAIMING ALL THE ARBITRATION SHALL BE Mumbai- MY QUESTION -IS THIS STANDS INFRONT LAWS OF INDIA ON NATURAL JUSTICE TO EVARY ONE) I feel arbitration or hearing can be where the employee performing duties or delivering the services at the time of disputes as I come across a case of same organization it can be America if employee working in US means) FACTS: After one year service employee was on leave for marriage and resumed the job after marriage—after working one month she again went on leave on–medical grounds and pregnancy reasons //she was absent for three months SHE SUPPOSED TO INFORM OFFICIAL ABOUT HER SICKNESS WHICH SHE DID Y VERBALLY TO HR CO-ORDINATOR. To make it official or written one they can cancelled her log in details so she cannot log in thru web portal where she supposed to apply/file a request for a written leave.. Once She cured she visited the HR MANAGER (PHYSICAL PRESENCE FACE TO FACE) ------ AND GAVE HER EXCUSES BY PRODUCING MEDICAL CERTIFICATES (TRUTHS) BUT HR MANGER WENT HARSH AND ABUSE HER WITH BAD COMMENTS ON PREGNANCY PROBLEMS-HE TOLD –SHE WAS ALREADY TERMINATED GET LOST FROM THE OFFICE—being a lady she took all the insults and back with empty hands –(mistake from our end we did not file a suite at that time on ground reasons a lady//respect on the firm which gave food for one year) After 6 months of this incident the guarantee received a notice from employer representatives claiming liquidate damages 50,000 on breach of contract or agreement (which is having above technical errors) and guarantee replied after inquiring with the employee with support documents and requested the claimant to give her job back as she is ready to Join back and she was not working anywhere since the date of employer harshen staying at home only. One and half year the claminat was in silence—no response to the guarantee reply Now the case in front of arbitrator in Mumbai hearing is on 26th of this month –I am staying in Hyderabad I wish to know the following. I mean usually these type of contracts ONE SIDED WITH TECHNICAL ERRORS will stand in court or not? Could i know the consequences and % of chances wining and loosing being a female employee-- i am looking for some what accurate --according i will prepare to fight the case or compromise---
