dear sir pls help me many time,but now i am in a big problem,plz help me section-3 u.p. gunda act, under section 16,17 and 22 u.p. gunda act 1970 sect 2(1) court send me notice, regarding case, 398/401,25a,379/411 court said that ur image like a profesniol criminal so cout want that out the ghaziabad,(tadipar/jila badal) sir i feel i am in danger,these all fake case by police in 2007, plz help me urgent suggest me what i do. now i start knew busniuss my all money i spend there if now i arrest by police i will finish. thanks

Respected Sir, I have a query related to property. My dad has a sister. In 1980 my aunt bought a flat in the joint name of her name and grandmother. In 1981 my dad bought the flat from my aunt and the share certificate got trasferred in my dads name in 1981. Since my aunt was abroad,my grandmother who is joint owner had signed and completed the formailities. My aunt was abroad and she did not sign on the documents for the transfer. There was no sales agreement between my aunt and dad made. (This is a mistake on the society end while transferring the flat.they forgot to take my aunts sign and she was joint owner they should have taken her sign too for transfer) After 30 years my aunt is trying to illegally claim share as she had never signed the agreement for transfer of flat. We have finally come to an understanding and she provided a NOC which was duly signed before a notary and in that she has reliquished all her rights. After some days of giving the NOC, she is saying that she wants more money and blackmailing us. We have been staying in the house for 32 years and and all the society maintenance bills etc is being paid by my dad. Also my building has a conveyance and that is inmy dads name as owner. I heard that there is the act of limitation and she cannot clain ownership as its 30 years since the transfer. Please let me know if my aunt can make any issues and what steps should i take to safeguard my property.

Dear sir, ( Domestic violence, kindly give your opinion and oblige ) ,01 My wife did not appear and not filed rejoinder from last two dates, whether case may be dismissed if 3rd time she does not appear and file rejoinder.. 02 She demanded monetary loss of Rs 45 lacs due to metnal and physical torture, whether court may order me to pay.. 03 What she can demand residence outside on rent or purchase at my cost. Sir, Can you tell me how much land a company in Tamilnadu can hold ? I know the ULC has been repealed. Is there any prescribed ceiling for companies under the TN Land reforms --Act,1961 or any other Act ? Thanks in advance for your reply.Regards,Uma Shankar shankar_mayur@hotmail.com
