"X"buyer and "Y"seller enter into an agreement 01.01.2011 for sale of a plot for consideration of 100000/-, with an condition to complete transaction on or before 31.03.2011.buyer gives a cheque to seller as token money, but seller does not encashes the same and returns it on 05.01.2011.and destroys the agreement at a later date. mean while the parties of the both part execute fresh deed before 31.03.2011, with different consideration, without any reference of the old agreement.. can not acting upon the old agreement be treated as cancellation of the agreement. can the seller later approach the judiciary with a photocopy of the agreement contesting an existence of an agreement.

Dear Sir this is to bring your kind notice that i have resigned from my company by putting two monts notice. sir i have recvd the salary slip for the month of sep 2011 but the amount has not creadited in my account,whrereas my last working day is 26th oct 2011. when i apporached then they told me that salary will come i Full N Final. So requested to you that it is really very difficult to survive without salry for two months, so pl suggest me that what to do. Regards Anil

sir, i plan to build house and met engineer he said he do Per Sq.ft as 1000 and done boomi poja on june on that day he said he need advance amount and i gave Rs.2lakhs as advance in cheque and after some time he says that building materials all raised so do per Sq.ft as 1400 only i shocked and said though my financial status is low and cant pay much so i m not interested with u but now he returned back 1lakh amount back in cheque and remaining he will not give back and says as we discussed much time for house plan and i wasted his time and so i want to pay amount for his time.. but still he didnt bought a single brick for my house.. i dont know what to do? what action i can take towards him and i want to be answered soon.. i m not interested to put in case as i afraid it will go for long period .. so pls help in this critical situation and need valuable suggestions..

A charge sheet was given in Jan 2007 to me and after inquiry a penalty/Censure was imposed on me as on 9/10/2009. Further I have made an appeal to the appellate authority and I was exonerated from all the charges in Aug 2011. I have given a departmental interview for the promotion in 2006 and 2008 and qualified both the interviews.But due to charge sheet the letter are kept in sealed envelope Will the department give me promotion with 2006 without considering the imposition of penalty which was imposed against me by CVC approx 2 years for which I was later on exonerated in Sept 2011?
