    Respected sir, i am lalit sharma from chandigarh.my wife alleged me 498A AND domestic violance on me . right now i donot have any job but my wife doing job and taking 25000/- per month, we also have a baby boy.right now the court orderd me to give 3000/-rs.per month.but i am not in job and i am out from my parents property.I want to know ,Is there any rule that if husband is not earning then wife has to give compensation to her husband. please reply as soon as possible .

    Builders Office premises in Apartment Hi Sir, I have purchased a 3 BHK Apartment in chennai. Total area of the land is 2560 Sq.Ft in which it has got 4 apartments (Two 3 BHK & Two 2 BHK)Total:4 Houses. It's a Stilt + 2 Floor building with Lift facility. UDS for 3 BHK is 741 & UDS for 2 BHK is 539. Now the builder is constructing a office premises in stilt area which seem to be more than 300 Sq.Ft. Structural plan doesn't say anything in stilt area like office (All mentioned in the stilt area is Motor Room / Security Toilet). Now the question is Can he build an office in the premises? Total Extend of the land equal the UDS given equivalent to all the owners. Where does he have lean to build office? What should be my next course of action? Thanks, Regards, -Vishnu

    Sir,I have a commercial shop in mumbai which is on Pagdi. I pay the rent to the landlord. But the propety is on Collectors land. My query is if the property goes for redevelopment under Mhada's SRA scheme will I get the shop in the new building as I have proof like rent receipts, electricity bill and the Shop and establishment certificate of my staying there since 1998 and not from 1995 as required for the SRA Scheme. Please advise me sir.

    Respected sir , we are the public limited company we have made a leave & licence agreement with A for running canteen for benifit & use of our employees the term of agreement is one yrs only .we have received various complaints from the employees union for not providing quality food .so we have issued aletter to canteen holder A that as the leave & licence agreement expires you need to vacate the premises after thathe(canteen holder)approch to the civil court for declaration & permanant injunction The Hon'ble civil court please to pass the order the "Defendant is hereby permanantly restraint from taking forcible possession of the suit premises without following due process of law now my question is WHAT IS DUE PROCESS OF LAW?
