  • Member (Account Deleted) says : LOVE MARRIAGE
Hello, I am Parag Dhruna, from Mumbai. I am sorry that without knowing you and your charges for guidance and all I am asking for a solution. I am 31 years old and my girl friend is 22 y.o. We are in relationship since last 4 years and want to get married. My family and friends are happy with our pairing, but her parents are not really happy and in oppose of our marriage. They are forcing her not to stay in touch with me at all. But we are firm and determined to marry and spend life with eachother. So in your advice, what will be the best way for me? To marry at Arya Samaj or Love marriage at Court? Because I have heard that court sends one month No Objection Notice to her address and also paste the notice on the board of court, and it may create problems to get marriage certificate IF objection raised... I have heard that Arya Samaj never sends any notice to girl or boy's residence for NO Objection and they never goes to verify the adress and parents and all.. IS IT TRUE? And after/ if I we got married at Arya Samaj too, how to make it legally registered? PLEASE RESPOND AT YOUR EARLIEST AND COMFORTABILITY SO I CAN PROCEED AHEAD. And also mention (if there are) any charges to be payable to you for your guidance and service... WAITING FOR REPLY AND ADVICE

  • Ajc says : Query about unpartitioned undevided Property
Can any share holder of an undivided unpartitioned residential house (with court stay order), sell his share to the stranger? My father has a undivided unpartitioned residential house. He has one sixth share of this house. Other co sharer has five sixth of this property. On July, 2004, my father had gotten the stay order from the court about the sell of this undivided property , thus the co-sharer can not sell his unpartitioned five sixth of this house. But recently he (other share holder) sells his portion to the stranger without giving any notice to my father. Is that possible? What can my father do against this? And how could he stop the stranger to enjoy this undivided unpartitioned property with court stay order?

  • Raunak Gupta says : Status Report of CBI
Hi Expert, We have our relative inside the JC since Aug,2010.In Sept,Delhi High Court has ordered CBI to file the status report within four weeks. But they didn't. Recently on 10th March, the bail application was again not heard as the CBI/State was not ready with their files. Delhi High Court gives the date of July,2011 and also given final opportunities for 2 weeks to CBI to file the status report. And for bail Hima Kohli said that 7 months is not sufficient for bail. My question is that if CBI will not file the status report in 2 weeks, then can this be useful to us in any case? Can we move the bail application as for early hearing stating this reason that CBI is careless and not taking up the orders of High Court seriously? What actually status report has? Please advice.
