  • prakash says : Bail granted with condition
my parents were granted AB by ranchi HC with the condition that she will live with my parents. The wife has also filed a case of forced poisioning in kolkata under which father was arrested and then granted interim bail. This cases were filed after i sent a divorce notice under cruelty around a year back. Now we are in no poisition to accept this condition, since if she lives with my parents in kolkata, then my parents would suffer more. My parents live seperately, and i have given a 3BHK flat to my wife to live seperately. I live outside India. Please advise.
