    I am staying in US. I got married in India on 24th July,2008. After marriage I did not take her to US as I had plans to comeback to India Permanently. After marriage often I used to come to India but we never had good time together. She never talk to me. I lost interest in her and in marriage. Last time when I came India we both lived together for 1 month but there was no change. I told her if this is the case I can not live with her. Then her family memberrs threatened me that they will file harrasment case and seize my passport and they will make sure that I will not leave country as I am US citizen. I have dual citizenship. so I left to USA immediately in July , 2009. After that she filed case 498A,10C against me , my parents and 3 brothers. Date of charge is 15-3-2010.Case has been filed in tirupati, AP . We are basically from tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. But After mrg we never lived in tirupati , we only lived in Chennai. Later on my parents also moved to chennai. Two of my brothers are staying in Tirupati now. Now she is demanding 1 crore to give divorce. I want to come to India but she filed cruelty case on me in May of 2010 in local police station and they sent a look out notice for my arrest in all airports in India. We have a record of her saying mediator that we really do not have any problems in marriage life. And also when she filed FIR she gave wrong dates Where I was not even in India. Locations and dates she mentioned in the FIR are all false. We have proofs for that. Now case is in court. But, not even one session happened till now. It is keep on getting postponed. It is really false case but I need to come to India to prove that.How can I come India in this situation. Can I put any case on her?

    I was working for a financial services company and resigned from the company in july and completed all my exit formalities and got my relieving letter in september. I will also like to mention that there was a client issue ( the client had written a complaint letter regarding the same) where I had to give my clarifications on the matter since I was a relationship manager. I duely gave all the clarifications and necessary documentations and mails which were exchanged between me and the client. Also there was no dues from me to the company. Post that the HR completed my exit interview and provided me with the relieving letter. Apart from this single issue my 7 and half years career record has been very clean and I have been a good performer. Since than I have been writing to the company to settle my pf, gratuity , leave encashment., last months salary and other dues . But still I have not received settlement. ( the company is now telling me to get a complaint resolved letter from the client) . I have repeatedly written to them that I was duely relieved after completing all the formalities Will you guide me on the below, 1) If i have valid and proper relieving letter is the company not liable to settle my dues at the earliest. 2) And how long the employer can delay my settlement.     good morning sir our bank has given us a letter in july 2010 that they have made our account NPA in october 2009,in 20th october bank has given us letter to serve 1.92 lac interest by 29th october so we paid 1 lac on 29th october and remaining 1 lac on 31 st october. further bank has issued us 13(2) notice on 29th december after that we apid instalment in December/january/March 2010 and interest portion on 27th jan2010.Bank has taken instalment on 15th march and issued 13(4)notice on 26th march and publish the notice also.recent AP high court judgement says once NPA is declare and even bank take instalment than account can not be NPA. in this light still my account neither it became NPA and even after payment also NPA is waived, Plz give your comment Reg AAjay
