Our marriage was held under a Special Marriage Act 1954.I stayed in UK for 8 months. We are both Indian citizens.Due to irreconcilable circumstances my husband has driven me out of the country and now I am living with my parents in India. My husband is working in London on a work permit.He is there for the last 3-4 years.He has registered a divorce case in London in the family court.I have received the divorce documents from the UK court a few days back to which I need to reply within 7 days.Please advise if I need to reply to the letter without me filing a case in India for this. What should be my next course of action?

Sir I purchased a flat on mezzanine floor in a society for commercial purpose but the society is asking me for indemnity bond of Rs.100/- that the property is used for residential purpose for me & my family members. I reside in mumbai kindly help give with any act or provision in law where it is wriiten that mezzanine floor can be used for commercial purposes. Kindly reply to my mail at the earliest

Hello , My ex-company has imposed section 138 as a crminal offence.I had signed a bond of two years on bond papers (50 rs) and had given them 80,000 rs.cheq as a security moneywhich they said is to incur their training cost for 4 months. I don't want to settle the case and pay them ,How can I fight out ? Thanks geeta

Hi , My query is regarding Personal loan and cc. I have some loans pending in banks like icici and hdfc . i have not paid the loan and has no monies also to pay it . its pending since two years . I have loans on my wife's name and now her passport is expired . will there be any action on her passport reissuance . I don know whether we have any summons pending in any court or not . we are from bangalore and loans are from delhi and bangalore both. please let me know
