    Hi , My query is regarding Personal loan and cc. I have some loans pending in banks like icici and hdfc . i have not paid the loan and has no monies also to pay it . its pending since two years . I have loans on my wife's name and now her passport is expired . will there be any action on her passport reissuance . I don know whether we have any summons pending in any court or not . we are from bangalore and loans are from delhi and bangalore both. please let me know

    sir, i have brought a propertyfor a consideration of rs.4000000 which is my husband property share in my name were the builder has built a flat becoming a poweragent, the built flat has be damaged due to problem and he has reconstructed it , but still having the old approval taken 10 years before and made certain change but i still do not know whether he has got new approval how should i vertify it

    Situation is like: - (A) took a land from a temple trust in west Bengal on leased for 999 years without registration. A died leaving his wife (B), & three sons (C), (D) & (E). After few years without knlowdge of (C) keeping some part of said leased land for him, (B), (D) & (E) approached to temple trust & made a new 999 years leased deed for registered in name of (E). At present old unregistered leased document of late (A) is not available with son (C). Now how Mr. (C) will proceed to get some records of old leased documents from temple trust to established his proper share in his father (A)‘s leased land. kINDLY ADVISE HOW MR.(C) WILL PROCEED TO GET HIS SHARE IF TEMPLE TRUST DENIED TO GIVE ANY DOCUMENTS ON PRIVIOUS LEASE OF MR (A) TO MR (C).
