I have married in 2004 and we have 3 kids ( elder son is 8 years and younger 2 twins are 6 years). We both are working. After marriage about 2 to 3 months we stayed happily. After that, he real harassment started like beating, mental harassment and even he stopped taking the financial responsibility of the family. Even I came to know about his illegal relations. The major part in this all problems is he, his mother , sisters and his family. He is having 2 sisters who were not married that time ( Now one sister is run away with one guy and one more sister is married). They are very money minded people and they were expecting my salary always. His both parents are working and mother is a headmistress in school. His sisters are not willing to work and they need my and my husband’s salary for their lavishness. As I denied to give them the money they spoiled our family life. Along with the bad habits like illegal relation my husband behaves like what ever his family tells him. In 2007 he left me and started staying with one woman with whom he had illegal relation. I waited for 6 months then consulted some counseling centers to make him good, even Bangalore commissioner office woman counseling centre has called his keep and warned. Nothing helped out. Then I fired conjugal rights case, then maintenance case on him. That time, I was fully struggling with my small 3 kids. But I had a job. So god saved me. But, I have taken loans and although I had job, I suffered financially because my basic expenditure for me and 3 kids + the loan amount was much more than my salary. Then in 2008, I fired 498A case on him and his full family. About 2 years the case run and in 2010 is family elders came and negotiated with me for rejoining. I agreed as I was expecting good life with him and as per there condition, I have with drawen all the cases on him. With in few months of with drawing the cases, he has shown his real face again and started beating and all the harassment started. Even he is not doing any f is duties towards kids. Slowly without my knowledge, he has taken all his things back and now since 5 months stopped coming home. His sister and her husband are also staying in Bangalore and he is the financial care taker of her family. Now , I am completely fed up with him and no hopes of improvement. As, I have seen only pain in my 8 years of this marital life, I don’ have any emotion on him. Now I need advice on what is the best law or step in this situation for me. My main concerns are, I need financial support from him for my kids and the child custody should be with me as I do’t want my kids to grow in his bad environment and I want to know which is the best and quick law for the cruelty happening from him , his family and his sister’s husband and even his keep. Is there any legal way to inform in his office so that he can get warnings from his office also.

hello i need advise for an expert lawyer.il make it short and simple here and only aim at my ancestrol properties belonging to my grandmother from my fathers side her name is swarn bhalla.swarn bhalla has inherited this property from her own late mother vidya vati. now there was a will registered in my fathers name directly from vidya vati to my father in which it states that swarn bhalla will only have life interests in the ground floor of this property.i am a property broker myself and this is exactly 760 sqmt plot with 1floor and basrsaati in vip area in archeological belt in nizamuddin west although we are hardcore hindus.property value till this date is a minimum of 35crores.now will is mutated in my fathers name after death of vidya vati in 2003 and he is the sole owner even in the records of LNDO and property taxes are paid by him to add to that he has also made a will in his wifes name ie my mother namely amita bhalla to inherit all after his death.now my greatgrandmom vidyavati did not have any legal heirs and has only willed the property in my fathers name whilst only giving swarn lifeinterest in the ground floor. now i have not mentioned any shares of my grandfather from my fasthers side as grandfather is dead and i would like to leave this topic for a later discussion .however i would like to know that DO I HAVE ANY RIGHTS BY BIRTH IN THE PROPERTY WHICH BELONGS TO MY GREATGRANDMOTHER WILLED TO MY FATHER GIVING ONLY LIFE INTEREST IN GROUNDFLOOR TO MY GRANDMOM SWARN BHALLA AND ALSO CONSIDERING THEW WILL HAS BEEN MUTATED IN MY FATHEWRS NAME AFTER EXPIRY OF GREATGRANDMOM IN 2003 ALONG WITH PROOF OF DEATH CERTIFICATE.DO I BY BIRTH HAVE ANY RIGHT TO CLAIM MY SHARES FROM MY ANCESTRAL PROPERTY OF MY GRANDMOMAND GREATGRANDMOM???????LAWYERS AND THAT TOO CLEVER LAWYERS HAVE BEEN GUIDING ME THE WRONG WAY BY TELLING ME THAT I DO HAVE A SHARE ONLY IN MY GRANDFATHERS PROPERTIES BUT NOT IN MY GRANDMOMS PROPERTIES BOTH FROM MY FATHERS SIDE???IS THIS TRUE OR FALSE?? ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION THAT A RELINQUISHMENT DEED WAS MADE BY ALL THE FAMILY MEMBERS 3 YEARS AGO WHERE MY TAU AND HIS ALL KIDS SACRIFICED HIS/THIER RIGHTS IN MY GRANDMOMS ENTIRE PROPERTIES AND MY FATHER/SISTER/MOTHER(BUT I ABHINAV BHALLA DID NOT) SACRIFICED ALL RIGHTS IN MY GRANDFATHERS ENTIRE PROPERTIES. AS THE CALCULATION TO THE EXTENT OF SHARES ARE EQUAL NO ONE IS MAKING A FUSS AT THE MOMENT BUT TO ASSURE YOU THAT I DID NOT SIGN ON THE RELINQUISHMENT DEED AND THAT MY SIGNATURES WERE AT THAT TIME FORGED IN A HURRY BY MY FATHER WHO ADMITS TO IT.SO HERE I HAVE TOLD YOU ENTIRE SCENARIO I HOPE A LEGAL EXPERT CAN ADVISE ME AND MAKE MY LIFE REALLY EASIER SO TO LIVE BY THE BOOK OF LAW BECOMES AN EASIER PROCESS. After my wife's father gained heavenly abode, her brother wanted to gain control and possession of hereditary properties left behind by her father. When sanity did not prevail over him, inspite of repeated requests to be fair, my wife filed a property case in 2006. Subsequently, to harass my wife, her brother stole her very old chequebook in which no transactions had been done for over 10 years, the bank had made the account dormant in 2002. Her brother stole this chequebook from her late father's almirah. She had given some blank signed cheques to her father at the time of her marriage about 15 years ago, to settle her dues, since she was moving abroad. She forgot about the cheques for more than 10 years and the account became inactive in 2002 because of no activity and hardly any balance. Her brother stole these cheques after his father passed away and my wife filed a case for her share in property. He then filled the rest of the cheques, dated them for various dates in 2010, and tried to encash the cheques. The cheques were returned by the bank. He then threatened her to withdraw the property case, and when she did not agree, he filed a case under section 138, taking a stand that he had loaned this money to her in 2004 and taken post dated cheques for 2010. The entries in the cheques are not in my wife's handwriting. My wife never had a need to borrow money, with God's grace. He filed this case after my wife filed a property case. The bank account was already inactive in the year when he says he collected the cheques from my wife. He has not given any proof of loan in the court documents, only copies of cheques, where nothing except my wife's signatures from 10 years ago are genuine. Please advise

sir, my qualificationBtech IT 72 %) from Andra pradesh .In 2010 july me, my brother and dad were booked under 353 ipc 34 case in local district criminal court for assualt the police to their duty..if u dont mind plz read what was happen and i need to apply for passport because i got job in software company. sir, In there was a land dispute between my dad and his brother in my village.Actually that land belongs to me and registration was also on my father name..But my father's brother had illegal written a agreement that my father sold the land to him and made a forgery signature on stamp papers,,we came know to it very late...he also creating dummy witness for this agreement.So we went my village police station and given complaint against him to sub inspector...But my uncle(father's dad) managed the sub inspector by giving bribe..so my dad and we went to registration office to give land for lease to others.... but mean while my uncle came to office with rowdy support and start to fight with us and scolded my brother..mean while Sub inspector came to spot and beaten us and my uncle and taken police station and kept in cell..and immediately h kept case on all of us 353 34 ipc and made a online FIR where A1 my uncle A2 my dad A3 brother A4 me done in online registration ...here drama continues ...the S I had now compromised with my uncle and left him and In hand written FIR submitted to court kept case only on 3 names (dad,me ,brother)..here A1 is my dad.... so we went jail came out after one week on bail..and went to court against SI illegal action and also cheating court with two different FRI' s...it is still in pending in high court.. Sir i have to join in may month in tech mahindra as software engineering but i hav to show the passport of me .in case no passport no joining...Will judge give me no objection letter for grant of passport in these case ? please reply me soon sir. thanking you
