    hello sir, i want to know the validity of an unregistered developer agreement.I am the builder/Developer of the said project which is complete.the agreement has an attachment in the form of partition deed wherein the flat no's of respective share of landowner and builder are shown .Above agreement and partition deed says that "Once the project is complete both parties become exclusive owner of their respective share of flats and both the parties can sell their share of flat/s independently." The land owner has sold out his complete share without having the signature of builder/developer. My question now is:- 1. can i now sell my share of flats with my (developer/builder)signature as the land owner is not willing to sign. 2.if the collaboration agreement is not registered wud it be legitimate for me to sell my share offlats without the landowners signature.

    I bought a from narne Estates, plot no 33, block F, sector II, situated in survey no 24 of East City of Rangapur Village, Bibibnagar Nagar Mandal, Nargonda District, Andhra Pradesh in 1990. The plot is registered in my name but to date I have been unable to sell it as the land is under dispute. The builder continues to charge Rs. 1200 per year as maintenance charges for ensuring the security of the plot. I am interested in sellling the plot so would like to know if I can sell it or is the land really under dispute. If I can sell it then what is the current price of it. I am fed up of the endless wait and am desperately looking for legal advise on what should I do and how to recover my money. I would appreciate all the help I can and if I need to go to court in this regard who can help me do so. Thanks.

    I need expertise solutoin to my problem. I am employed with an MNC, during the course of the time I got a govt job which needs me to be joined immediately. As per my company rules one has to serve 3 months notice period after resignation. I was unaware that I will be selected for the government job. Now when I told my officials the problem they want me servce notice period for sure otherwise for the payout. I cannot afford the payout however I have offered them for 1 month payout for which they are not in an agreement. What should I do in this current situation. Please help me. Also is there any law that states if one gets a government job all the terms between that person and the private company will get voided ? Please please help me. waiting for your response.

    Respected Sir, I would like to know, the way in which the 2nd owner of the residential Property can transfer/relinquish his rights to the 1st owner or some other person,and is there any application of any duty or can the 1st owner transfer the said property without the knowledge of/intimating to second owner.
