Sir i am from westbengal, studying in college. My full name is MD SHAHRUKH MIA. i want to ditach my last name (MIA).. plz help me to do so.. and if im able to do, what about my intermediate,10+2 certificates??? Is it require to change those certificates also?? thanks in advance

my father had 2 marriages. from the first marriage i am his only son amd after my mother died , my father went in for 2 nd marriage and from hios second marriage i have 3 brothers and a sister. my father passed away without any will . my fathers second wife is also surviving . how can we divide / share the property amongst uorselves according to muslim law.

Respected members district consumer forum has decide one case in favaor of complainant and directed electricity company to pay compensation to complainant .we filed appeal along with condonation of delay & Depositing 80000(compensation amount) against the order before Hon'ble state commission,meanwhile complainant filed contempt petition as per section 27 of consumer protection act before forum we have raised objection in contempt petition The forum revised the order and decline /denied to grant compensation to the complainant meanwhile Hon'ble state commission Rejected the condonation of delay Application My question is whether electricity company can ask for Refund of the compensation amount which is deposited in state commission while filing appeal? Dear Mr.Ramachandran, I faintly remember that some time back, a citation was sought on the above subject. Though, I mentioned some citations, but contrary to my view, here is a Division Bench of AP's citation: 2011(4) ALD 61 = 2011(2) ALT 405, which elaborately discussed the matter.
