    I have read a report on corporate donations and have found that there are a few "Electoral Trust" who contributes to Political Parties. It has been given in Section 13B of the Income Tax Act, 1961 that the government will provide rules for "Electoral Trust", but the same have not been established yet. I wanted to know: 1. How electoral trust are being formed? 2. Is it a simple private trust or approval from any authority is required? Kindly guide me for the same.
