    sir my father was accidentet in 2000.his left leg was injured and can not able to go office.that reason they supended .his monthly ncome was 30,000/-.sonow in 2005 he was dead by heart attack so what we do .how we claim tell me please sir.

    sir, first quiry i submitting in this forum. my frnd have much problem like that she was married a person before 4 years nd the n after 4 years she want to take divorce because of her husband have extra marrital affairs with un married girl. and he was also involved the electonics gadget stolen case which published in news paper before 2 years. at present she know the every matter of her husband and she have evidence like messenger chat that her husband and other girl sexually chatting. is it enough for contested - adultary divorce against her husband? and at present her husband dont want to agree to divorce her. what can she do? please suggest the valuable and leggel ways to take divorce against her husband. regards, Nandu
