    hi, We are calculating 30 / 31 days in a Month. And LOP will be accordinlgy ( gross / 31 * LOP). My boss says, can we deduct Sunday also if some one is absent on saturday, sunday and monday altogether which needs to be considered as 3 days Absent ? please clarify..?

    hi Experts..! We have been paying Gratuity to all who are leaving even who had not completed 5 years also on prorata. But as per the Act i believe eligibility is to finish 5 years of service. Now what is the procedure for paying the Gratuity to a person who absonded from duty for one month and now he left. can we deny its payment ? we have his loan due. . can we deduct from that ? what is the books,registers and proformas to maintain, submit regarding its payment to the statutory bodies?
