  • Gopinath says : Construction contract
    Respected Sir, The actual contract was for sqt with minor modification where he would charge us the rate based on the agreement + any extra or change in material. he had actually agreed for contructing the house based on sqt for 3 floors. now he says for each floor we are supposed to give 10%, 20% extra than agreed. but this is no where in agreement. Now he says i would charge u based on the material wise and not on sqt basis. but we have the proof of agreement signed. what will be the final result on whose it will be favourable
