    Plz help sir! I have a property here in Jalandhar(Punjab) against which i want to take loan from bank as mortgage. There has been no registry of the property and i have TS1 certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation as the only document showing my ownership on the property. Plz tell me is the TS1 certificate sufficient document for getting loan from bank?

    Dear Sir/Madam, I want to ask query that if a person is convicted in IPC 306 and punished for five years jail then how much time period he has to spent in jail? two and half year according to day and night or more?

    SIR i have Purchases site 30*40 from direct BDA Alotee for amount of Rs. 12,00,000/-. After purchases of site i heard about, there is a civil court case in between Land owner and BDA. As per civil court judgement in favour of land owner. Now land owner are not allowing us to constructing of house in sites. They are showing civil court judgement. We are paying every month loan. What can we do for this, Please advise us for next steps.
