DEAR SIR, CAN A LOKADALAT JUDGE SIGN THE AWARD(2007) IF IT COMES UDER DOUBLE JEOPARDY EVENTHOUGH BOTH COMPLAINANT & ACCUSED SIGNED. IF SIGNED BY THE ACCUSED ALSO KNOWINGLY OR UN-KNOWINGLY ON THE ORDER. COMPLAINANT TAKING UNDUE ADVANTAGE OF THE AWARD. THE SECOND CONDITION OF IMPRISONMENT AFTER COMPLYING THE PAYMENT OF 50 THOUSAND ON THE SPOT IN THE COURT AND ALSO FILIED A PETITION IN THE SAME COURT FOR EXECUTING THE SECOND PART OF THE AWARD. CAN THE COMPLAINANT FILE AGAIN ON THE SAME ORDER EXECUTION ONCE THE AMOUNT IS RECEIVED BY HIM AS PER THE AWARD. EXCEPT IMPRISONMENT IS NOT ALLOWED BY THE JUDGE. CAN THE COMPLAINANT ASK THE SAME JUDGE TO REVIEW HIS OWN ORDER & IMPLEMENT THE SECOND PART OF AWARD IMPLEENTATION. IS THE COMPLAINANT PETITION CAN BE MAINTAINABLE IN THE SAME COURT BEFORE THE SAME JUDGE??? LOKADALAT s ARE CREATED TO SERVE NOT TO PUNISH IF THIS APPLIES THEN WHY THE PUNISHMENT PROVISON COMING IN TO THE PICTURE FOR A FINANCE COMPANY IN THIS CASE. KINDLY GUIDE ME WHAT TO DO & HOW TO AVOID THE SECOND PART BECOZ THE ACCUSED IS A GOVERNMENT SERVANT & THEIR ENTIRE FAMILY COMES ON ROADS IF IMPLEMENTED. IS THIS IS THE MOTTO OF LOKADALAT?? THE COMPLAINANT DEMANDING NOW TO PAY 1 LAC TO WITH DRAW THE CASE ELSE HE SEE THAT THE SECOND PART WILL BE EXECUTED. KINDLY TELL ME THE LEGAL REMEDY PLSSS.

sir wife has wihdrawn money from the joint account during her stay while i was abroad. she left home with his brother and filed 498a and has stated in complaint and family court she was never paid any money for her needs because of this family court held me responsible for cruelty and desertion even she is not ready to join matrimonial home. now i got the copies of cheque through rti. how can i file my rebut or complaint so as to build the pressure as her adamnt demand of money for settlement is out of my pocket. since i lost job and passport since 2005 and trail has not started. i want to make a complaint fir pls suggest me. on false complaint of 498a i lost my carrier and running for courts in last 6 years. maintenence is granted 3500/- p.m to be paid frm 2005 even being jobless remarked as able bodied person and wife accepted in cross she had worked. both side no evidence of income.

hi sir good morning my name is sonia I have question of bonafied property case,I hope you can give me genuine advise .We are tenants from last 35 years we are holding this property since 1978 there was an mutual agreement between our landlord and my grandfather in 1978 which is on a paper with rs 2stamp on it there is signature of two witness on it one is no more more is still alive according to that agreement our landlord give us this property on lease for 99 years he took 4 lakhs for that and he also take 250rs as rent every month .now his son put on us bonafied case he is 60 years old he is retired by govt mini tool jharkhand .Now we discover that he is doing job as assist professor for MBA in Big university his package must be 35-40 k in hand how do proof this in court that his doing job But we have no option for our livelihood our family depend on this shop only .how to proof this in court he is doing job how to collect this information.we see he daily go to that university he sit in bus daily we have a print out that we took form that university site where in his name is mention in faculty member along with his date of birth .PLease guide me

sir, i have lost my SBI ATM/debit card last year november and i blocked it in the SBI bank myself. then i have account balance of 2000/- only but yesterday i went to bank and see that my account is set hold at rs. 50000/- loan, i was shocked. the bank official said i did withdraw money more than my balance. now what should i do because i have not withdraw any money from the bank since last year. my email ananga82@gmail.com
